Arrive 15 mins before where we will gather in circle and set intentions for the shamanic journey.
I will drum for you and afterwards we can share our experience in circle over a pot of seasonal tea.
Bring a journal, pen, blanket, pillow and comfy clothes as we’re sitting and lying on the floor.
