Counselling

As an Integrative Counsellor I draw from a variety of techniques which are tailored to you personally to evoke the healing you require. I use a Person Centered core philosophy which means I believe that every individual has the ability to reach their full potential, to become who you came here to be. I will accompany you on your journey of discovery and facilitate the uncovering of past events and relationships which have shaped your present, perhaps causing distress at this time.

Beginning counselling can feel daunting, so I offer a supportive and safe environment. We will work at your pace and to your agenda, working towards your goals. We can look at how your lifestyle is serving you and develop the self-care techniques and life skills you desire.

Using Psychodynamic and inner-child techniques we will unravel your past in order for you to understand where things are tripping you up today, whilst drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to provide you with strategies you can use practically between sessions and in your future life. I also use Transactional Analysis and will include principals from the 12 Step program, which I have practiced for a number of years.

Shamanism

Having been deeply submerged in shamanic practice for many years now, I use daily practice to co-create with my guides, helpers, power animals (to name a few). We will use shamanic tools to walk through whatever you need support with - be it personal trauma, business and your transformation. I can help you develop your spiritual practice and offer techniques that you can use for years to come. Let’s rediscover and reignite your magic and gifts to the world.

Helpers

During this time of global change it is becoming increasingly apparent that healers and helpers are being called to step into their roles more fully. This has activated me to offer support to those already in and stepping into their healer role. It feels integral that you are supported in this journey and I would be privileged to walk alongside you while you help others.

Testimonials

Professional Supervision Counselling Holistic

"Sally provides an excellent atmosphere to help process your thoughts, while keeping everything on track. She is professional, but with that friendly and individual care. Her approach to working with people is considerate, personal and she provides emotional support and a plan for after the session as well. Sally listened and understood me, and for the first time in my life I felt heard; as an individual, not a patient."

"My life has changed unimaginably since starting counselling with Sally. I am much happier and she has helped me understand my boundaries and my work life and relationships have improved. She’s kind, intuitive and patient, I love our weekly sessions.”
